Whether you're a golfer, hiker, frequent traveller, or simply someone who spends long hours on your feet, the S1 reduces fatigue and lets you do more with less effort. It requires the user to be able to walk independently.
How heavy is it and will I feel it while wearing it? +
The S1 weighs 2.4KG — comparable to a light daypack. Most users report that within a few minutes of wearing it, the assistance it provides more than compensates for the weight, and the device quickly feels like a natural extension of the body.
What is the deposit and is it refundable? +
The pre-order deposit is SGD 199 / MYR 599 / IDR 1,999,999. It is 100% fully refundable at any time before delivery — no questions asked. The balance is only collected when your unit is ready to ship.
Can I try it before committing? +

What is the battery life and how do I charge it? +
The S1 delivers 3–4 hours of continuous assisted use per charge. It charges via a standard connector — no proprietary charger needed. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.
Is it waterproof? Can I use it in rain? +
The S1 carries an IP5X water resistance rating, meaning it is protected against water jets from any direction. It is safe to use in light to moderate rain. It is not designed for submersion.
What sizes does it fit? +
The S1 fits users between 150cm and 200cm tall. The adjustable strap system accommodates a wide range of body types. During your demo session, we will personally fit and configure the unit for your body.
What warranty do I get? +
All TransitX S1 units come with a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use. Contact us directly for warranty claims and we will manage the process on your behalf.
Do you ship to Malaysia and Indonesia? +
Yes. We ship to Singapore, Malaysia (including Johor Bahru and Kuala Lumpur), and Indonesia (including Jakarta). Shipping costs and lead times will be confirmed at order. We handle all customs documentation.
